  1. Do fees & charges apply when I use Internet access?

    No. This is an additional free service provided to make managing your loan simple and convenient.

  2. How secure is Internet access?

    You can be confident that your account is secure. St.George Bank has employed the latest security encryption methods and Internet Account Access is further protected by your User Name and Password, which you should always keep confidential.

  3. Is my account information 'real time'?

    You can view your internet account details in real-time*. Your details are now being displayed within minutes of us processing any transactions or changes you request. Please note that details will be displayed as at the time you opened or refreshed this page and pricing will be reflected approximately 20 minutes later.

  4. Does my financial adviser automatically have Internet access to my account?

    Only the financial adviser authorised on your margin lending application form will have Internet access to your account.

  5. Will I be able to tell if my adviser logs on to my account?

    NO. As you and your adviser have your own unique password and User Name either can log on without the others knowledge. You should raise any concerns you may have about your adviser accessing your account details, with your adviser.

  6. Can I buy and sell stock online?

    As St.George Margin Lending does not offer a brokering service you cannot buy and sell stock on line through your Internet account access. However, you may choose to use any broker of your choice who may utilise online trading on your behalf.

  7. Can I change my personal details online?

    No. Change to your personal details need to be made in writing and posted or faxed to your Account Manager.
