Internet Account Access

Now, you and your financial adviser can take advantage of this online service to access your margin lending account anytime of the night or day.

All you need is a User Name and Password and you can check specific account information quickly and easily including:

• Client summary
• Portfolio Summary
• Security Transactions
• Current Gearing Ratio

User Name and Password

Your Account Manager can provide you with a User ID and Password.

As the confidentiality of your account is our highest priority, the first time you access your account via the Internet you will be asked to select a new password. As access to your personal account information is protected by password security and as long as you keep your password confidential, your account information is secure.

How to use Margin Lending Internet Account Access

1. Contact your Account Manager to request your User Id and Password.
2. Click onto the margin lending 'Logon' button located to the right of the screen.
3. Enter your User Name and Password. On your initial visit, you will be asked to change your password to a password of your choosing.
4. When you first use this service, you will also be required to acknowledge that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions as set out on the site.
5. The first screen will provide a summary of your margin lending position.
6. To view specific account information in more detail, simply make your selection from the menu at the left of the screen or click on the arrows at right.
7. When you have finished your Internet Account Access session, log out simply by clicking on the 'Logout ' button located at the bottom left of the screen.
