If you need to make a claim

  • Call as soon as possible after the incident or loss
  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss or damage from occurring
  • Call the police if your boat is stolen, damaged or vandalised and get a written report
  • Obtain as many details as possible on the event and witnesses involved
  • Gather evidence and medical information to support your claim such as medical certificates and reports.
