Here are the answers to frequently asked questions about customising Internet Banking.
Yes. Visit the 'Set My Preferences' page, located in the 'My Information' menu, to choose between small, medium or large font sizes.Please note that when choosing to view Internet Banking using the 'large' font preference you may notice some of the text and fields wrapping. This text enables you to see all the text on the screen, but it doesn't affect the way text appears when printed. Certain screens may also present a horizontal scroll bar in order to show the entire screen.
Unfortunately, you cannot enlarge your icon size.
You may choose from a range of different icons, or remove them altogether. Simply click on 'Account Information' and select 'Change My Account Icons'.
Yes. You can rename your accounts to something particularly meaningful to you, and also change the order in which they are displayed. For example, you can rename your savings account 'Travel Fund', or place your home loan at the top of your account listing.
Yes. You may choose to display a range of 25 to 500 transactions. Make your selection within the 'Account Servicing' menu when logged on to Internet Banking.
Yes. You can hide your account balance by visiting the Set 'My Preferences' page, located in the 'My Information' menu, and selecting 'No' in the dropdown box next to the Display Account Balance option.
Please note that this will stop the account balance from displaying on the 'My Accounts' page only.
The following characters cannot be used:

Please correct your entry by removing any of the above characters in order to change your account alias.
