Description: When logging onto BBO, you may be presented with the following fraudulent page requesting your log in and payment information. This is a fraudulent page and if you are presented with this page, please contact us immediately on 1300 554 004.

Malware [malicious software] is programming designed to disrupt and gather information that can lead to loss of privacy or allow unauthorized access to systems. Examples of Malware are: Computer Viruses, Worms, Trojan horse, Spyware, Adware and Keyloggers.
Do not enter in any personal information and report it to a IT security expert immediately. If you have submitted banking information, then contact Business Banking Online as soon as possible on 1300 554 004 8am - 8pm (Sydney Time), Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm (Sydney Time), Saturday.
A Hoax email is designed to steal money by phishing for information or by installing malicious software on the user’s computer.
If you receive an email that you think could be a hoax, do not click on any links embedded in the email or reply to the email in any way.
If a hoax email claims to be from St.George Bank, let us know by forwarding the email as an attachment to bbonline@stgeorge.com.au and then deleting the email from your mailbox. Please do not change the subject line in any way.
